Second, you may click this link to have your password emailed to you, by simply entering your registration number and an email address.

Finally, you can contact CDR to have your password reset as well. CDR does not maintain passwords, for privacy purposes, however they are able to reset them with a simple verification of identification. The number to call is 1-800-877-1600 extension 5500.
