Entering your Learning Plan Online

To submit your Professional Development Portfolio Learning Plan on-line, click on the The Following Link, which will access the ADA/CDR on-line business center. Please follow these steps:

1. Type in your registration identification number and Web password. Click on the submit button. Your personal profile page will appear.
2. Go to thetop of the page, and click on the "CDR Credentialing" tab.
3. Click on the "Learning Plans" tab.
4. Click on the "Add Plan" button.
