Board Certification as a Specialist in Renal Nutrition Examination Dates and Fees

The Board Certification as a Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) examination will be administered year-round.  To apply for the CSR examination, please follow these steps:

• Log into your My CDR page
• Click on "Apply for Specialist Certification" (on the blue toolbar)
• Select “Add a new application” and choose the application for “year round testing”

Examination Fee:  $350

Examination Fee for Canada & other international test center locations:  $475

(Please note:  The examination fee is due when the application is submitted.  Applications will not be reviewed unless the fee is paid.)
