Description

Quality improvement seeks to standardize processes and structure to reduce variation, achieve predictable results, and improve outcomes for patients, healthcare systems, and organizations. Join leading experts and practitioners in this symposium designed to explore the basics of quality improvement, and how credentialed practitioners can apply these techniques to support their work and achieve improved patient outcomes. In addition to general information, participants will gain insights into how utilizing quality improvement techniques can enhance the role of the credential practitioners in settings that include food service, acute care, and post-acute care.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with speakers and practitioners, while benefiting from a cost-effective and flexible way to increase their knowledge.
